The New Orleans-based Movers (Rich Collins, Scott Durbin, Dave Poche and Scott "Smitty" Smith) are known around the world for their hit preschool TV series seen on the Disney Junior cable channel. They are currently developing a new animated TV series called "Super Movers" in collaboration with 9 Story Entertainment.

Over the last decade, fans in North America, Europe and Asia have discovered that the Movers deliver a highly exhilarating, exciting and exhausting rock concert experience. Kids and parents will sing along with the Movers' hooky choruses, learn ridiculous dances and marvel at the sight of confetti cannons, giant smoke rings, enormous balloons -- and, of course, roll after roll of flying toilet paper.

The Movers have performed at the White House for two presidents and on "Good Morning America," "The View" and "Live with Regis and Kelly." Don't miss your chance to see this crowd-pleasing event live at a theater near you!

The tour dates coincide with the release of the Movers' new CD/DVD "Licensed to Move," which is a collection of high-energy kids rock songs that somehow combine the aesthetics of Mr. Rogers and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. "Following My Mom Around" is how a day stuck in your car seat would sound with a soundtrack provided by the Violent Femmes. "Here Comes Summer" is an ode to the best season of the year in the style of early 2000s power punk. And "Line Cutter" is indie rock addressing one of the biggest issues facing young kids today: losing your place in line for the water fountain ...
